關於 PNC 銀行

PNC 的全稱是 PNC Financial Services，零售銀行業務主要集中在美國東岸和東北鐵鏽帶，口碑還不錯。現在的開戶獎勵有兩種：$200 和 $400；視乎開立的帳戶類型不同，所需的 Direct Deposit 金額也不同。

PNC Checking 帳戶

現有兩種優惠：$200 和 $400，所有優惠都要求有 Direct Deposit。

  • 有效期：截至 2025 年 3 月 31 日
  • 開戶限制：只有美國公民才可以在網上開戶，其他身分都需要到 branch 親身開戶。別忘了先在網頁上 request 一封附有 offer coupon 的 email，必須用 email 內的 code 才可獲得獎勵。
  • 報稅相關：獲得獎勵後會收到 1099-INT 稅表。

達標後約 60-90 天，獎勵會存入帳戶；而且在獎勵入帳時，帳戶必須仍然正常開立。

如果你在過去 12 個月內持有 PNC 的 saving 和 checking，便無法獲得開戶獎勵。另外，如果你在過去 24 個月內曾獲得過 PNC 的開戶獎勵，這次也無法獲得獎勵。所以建議大家拿到獎勵後可早點關戶，之後再等下一輪獎勵。

最簡單的做法是 PayPal、Venmo，應該沒甚麼門檻。另外，如果你有 Chase 帳戶，也非常穩定。如果你有其他投資帳戶，投資帳戶的轉帳通常更穩妥。
