IHG One Rewards 會員在每個曆年住滿 20 晚、40 晚及 70 晚時，可獲得 Confirmable Suite Upgrade，每張券最多可用於五晚住宿。不過，由於不少 prepaid rate 以及所有 award night 兌換目前都不能使用，因此實際適用範圍有限。根據 loyalty lobby 消息，之後積分房或免費住宿券預訂也有機會可使用套房升級券。
UPDATE: It appears that IHG is unclear whether these can be applied for awards night or not. The Ambassador Service Center told me that the functionality came online on May 31 (I had previously heard it would come on June 1) . I will try to confirm this with the IHG and will do an update.
我看了一下留言區，似乎大家都未有成功，客服方面的說法亦各有不同。不過，我檢查了一下套房升級券的條款，的確也發現了一些即將更改的跡象。這句話似乎有點不太清楚，到底是日後大使贈送的免費住宿券可使用套房升級券，還是所有 award booking 都可以使用，仍有待觀察。

關於套房升級券的使用
1. 申請時間：入住前 14 天至入住前 24 小時
2. 適用範圍：最多五晚住宿
3. 限制：不能選擇預付房價（prepaid rate）；目前 award night 及 Free Night 均不能使用
4. 申請方式：不能網上申請，必須透過 IHG One Rewards 客戶服務或大使服務中心以電話申請
5. 套房類型：通常會有多種客房及套房可供選擇。
