IHG One Rewards 在每個日曆年達成 20 晚、40 晚和 70 晚時，可獲得 Confirmable Suite Upgrade，每張券最多可用於五晚住宿。不過，由於許多 prepaid rate 以及所有 award night 兌換目前都無法使用。根據 loyalty lobby 消息，之後點數房或免費住宿券也可能可以使用套房升等券了。
UPDATE: It appears that IHG is unclear whether these can be applied for awards night or not. The Ambassador Service Center told me that the functionality came online on May 31 (I had previously heard it would come on June 1) . I will try to confirm this with the IHG and will do an update.
我看了一下評論區，似乎大家都還沒有成功，客服的說法也不太一致。不過，我查了一下套房升等券的條款，的確也看到一些即將變更的跡象。這句話目前看起來還不太明確，不知道是未來大使贈送的住宿券可以使用套房升等券，還是所有 award booking 都可以使用；之後再看看吧。

關於套房升等券的使用
1. 申請時間：入住前 14 天至入住前 24 小時
2. 適用範圍：最多五晚住宿
3. 限制：不能選擇預付房價（prepaid rate）；目前 award night 和 Free Night 都不能使用
4. 申請方式：不能線上申請，必須透過 IHG One Rewards 客服或大使服務中心電話申請
5. 套房類型：通常會有多種房型和套房供您選擇。
