Coach Outlet 相信不少朋友都去過購物，而且內地的親戚也很喜歡。不過，Coach Outlet 有時會將正價店商品的標價作為折扣價，讓人誤以為這是正價店賣不完才轉到 outlet 賣的貨品。實際上，Outlet 的貨品通常來自另一條生產線，品控比正價店低很多；據說設計師也不同。

結果，Coach Outlet 因此成為集體訴訟案件。現在兩方已就和解條件達成一致，向曾在 Coach outlet 購物的顧客提供補償。若你選擇領取補償，便不能再進一步提起訴訟。條件如下：

  • 2011 年 12 月 23 日至 2020 年 8 月 24 日，在 Coach outlet 購物
  • 購買的商品屬於 MFSRP 折扣貨，並有 MFSRP TAG

如果你在 Coach outlet 的購物總額少於 $150.00，或沒有購物證明（如收據），不論消費多少，你可選擇領取 1 張 Coach outlet Voucher，總值最高 $20.00，或 $5.00 現金（「Tier 1 Claimant」）。如果購物總額為 $150.00 或以上並有購物證明，你可選擇領取 2 張 Coach outlet Voucher，總值最高 $40.00，或 $10.00 現金（「Tier 2 Claimant」）。

  • If you made purchases totaling less than $150.00 or you have no proof of purchase, regardless of the amount spent, you may elect to receive 1 Coach outlet Voucher worth up to $20.00, or $5.00 cash (“Tier 1 Claimant”) .
  • If you have proof of purchases totaling $150.00 or more, you may elect to receive 2 Coach outlet Vouchers, together worth up to $40.00, or $10.00 cash (“Tier 2 Claimant”) .

補償採取先到先得；若後續 Voucher 或現金不足，將會作調整。登記領取補償的網站如下，截止日期為 2021 年 1 月 21 日
