背景

疫情期間，AMEX 終於有大動作了，不僅將所有新開卡的開卡消費期限延長至六個月，還有針對性地增加了其他卡的各項福利。福利總結如下

AMEX Platinum 各版本

包括 Platinum 的各個版本：

新福利有：

  • $320 串流服務和手機服務報銷：5-12 月，每月可獲 $20 select streaming 和 $20 wireless telephone services 報銷

AMEX Business Platinum

AMEX Business Platinum 的福利尤其給力

  • $160 手機服務報銷：5-12 月，每月可獲 $20 wireless telephone services 報銷
  • $160 運費消費報銷：5-12 月，每月 $20，合共 $160，例如 UPS, FedEx, USPS 和其他運輸公司
  • 額外 $200 Dell 消費報銷（總共 $400）：receive up to $200 in additional statement credits for U.S. purchases with Dell Technologies, for a total of up to $400 in statement credits in 2020 when added to the existing Shop Dell with Business Platinum benefit ($100 in additional statement credits from May 1 through June 30, 2020 and up to $100 in additional statement credits between July 1 and December 31, 2020) .
  • New, free Shop Small® templates and resources at ShopSmall.com, as well as benefits, offerings and expertise from more than 40 leading companies as part of the recently launched ‘Stand for Small’ coalition.
  • Resy, a subsidiary of American Express, is waiving all fees for new and existing ResyOS customers through December 2020.

Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant 額外福利：

  • $300 報銷可用於餐廳消費和外賣：eligible purchases at U.S. restaurants, including takeout and delivery, will now qualify toward the $300 Marriott Bonvoy Statement Credit benefit (June through August 2020) .

Hilton 系列

包含 Hilton Surpass 和 Aspire

  • 超市 12x 積分到年底：earn 12X Hilton Honors Bonus Points at U.S. supermarkets (May through July 2020) .
  • 積分衝擊高級會員：Bonus Points earned through eligible purchases on all Hilton American Express Cards, that post to the Card Member’s Hilton Honors account between May 1 through December 31, 2020 will be considered Base Points and will count towards Elite tier qualification and Lifetime Diamond Status.

Aspire 額外福利

  • 餐廳報銷：大家很擔心的 $250 Resort 報銷，現在可以直接用於堂食或餐廳外賣，時間限制在 6 月 1 日-8 月 1 日，相信到時外賣應該還算安全
  • 積分衝永久鑽石：5 月 1 日-12 月 31 日透過這張卡消費獲得的 Hilton 積分，可以用來衝擊永久鑽石。嗯，如果你真的很愛 Hilton，直接持有這張卡也就差不多了
  • 免房券隨便用：在 12 月 31 日之前，原本只能用於 weekend night 的免房券，現在可以用於一星期任何時間。5 月 1 日-12 月 31 日發放的免房券將有兩年有效期。

我的點評

先說好的，幾乎所有旅行相關的個人卡和自家的商業卡都有不錯的福利更新。實打實的超市多倍回贈，以及串流服務和手機月費報銷，都是能真正用得上的。而酒店報銷的改動，也算是能稍微緩解大家持卡的壓力。作為信用卡大戶，AMEX 此舉確實能挽回不少原本準備關卡的人。

再說不好的

  • 最重要的航空報銷去哪了：現在要用到這項報銷這麼困難，不如把航空雜費報銷也改成餐飲算了
  • 幾乎都是聯名卡的改動：Blue Cash 和 Everyday 怎麼辦？AMEX Gold 被放棄了嗎，為甚麼 green 有、gold 沒有

另外，這些報銷怎麼用呢。。

  • 餐廳：能吃就吃，到時看看餐廳禮品卡能否觸發吧，實在不行就每月買，然後拿去二手市場賣掉。。
  • 手機報銷：可以買部手機分期付款？或者試試營運商禮品卡？每月買個手機配件？
  • 串流服務報銷：追劇？買會員？Hulu 之類的禮品卡？

總之，隨著時間推移，應該會有不少 DP。到時再為大家逐一總結。我們也會盡量從最容易套現的角度幫大家測試。
