個人卡也有收到 Customer Appreciation Credits：
- Delta SkyMiles Reserve（$550 年費）– $100 statement credit
- Delta SkyMiles Platinum（$250 年費）– $50 statement credit
根據 DOC 消息，不少用戶收到 AMEX 的電子郵件，AMEX 將為商業信用卡提供「Customer Appreciation Credits」，也就是提供一些 credit，變相減免今年的年費。有些用戶登入自己的帳戶後也能看到。這項福利應該是針對所有在 5 月 1 日-12 月 31 日續卡的用戶。減免情況如下：
- Delta SkyMiles Reserve Business（$550 年費）– $125 annual fee credit
- Delta Platinum Business（$250 年費）– $75 annual fee credit
- Marriott Bonvoy Business（$125 年費）– $50 annual fee credit
- Hilton Business（$95 年費）– $50 annual fee credit
- Platinum Business（$595 年費）– $200 annual fee credit
- Centurion Business -$1,500 annual fee credit
其中 AMEX Platinum Business 的 $200 返還，我們能找到官網連結；其他卡目前暫時沒有官網連結，還不知道這是所有人的福利，還是定向優惠。
需要特別注意的是，Platinum Business 的條款中特別提到，如果在 renewal month 後 45 天內停卡，或將卡片升級／降級，將無法收到這個 credit。45 天後停卡的話，AMEX 是不需要退年費的；但如果是降級，年費還是會按比例退還。所以如果真的要關卡，強烈建議大家還是先降級再關卡。
Eligible Business Platinum Card Members as determined by American Express in its sole discretion, will be eligible to receive a one-time $200 statement credit after Card renewal. The statement credit will be applied to the eligible card account within 8-12 weeks of the account renewal month. This statement credit is limited to Basic (not Additional) Card Members only.
