AMEX 將自 4 月 1 日起為一系列卡片新增 Phone Protection，卡片包括：

  • AMEX Platinum 個人卡和商業卡（包括 Schwab、Morgan Stanley）
  • Platinum Delta SkyMiles 個人卡和商業卡
  • Delta Reserve cards 個人卡和商業卡
  • Centurion cards 個人卡和商業版本

這項 Protection 包含哪些內容呢？我看了一下 AMEX 提供的 Term，看起來主要內容是可補償手機維修或遭竊的損失。每次最高理賠 $800，每次 claim 需自行負擔 $50。12 個月內最多可 claim 2 次。

  • Reimbursement for the actual cost to repair or replace a Stolen or damaged Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone.
  • The maximum liability is $ 800, per claim, per Eligible Card Account. Each claim is subject to a $ 50 deductible.
  • Coverage is limited to two (2) claims per Eligible Card Account per 12 month period

需要在事情發生後 90 天內提出 claim。
