 很顯然，AMEX 已經開始分析大量使用 AMEX Bluebird 和 AMEX Serve 的「異常」儲值方式，並著手禁止一大部分帳戶儲值。如果你手上還有 Serve 或 Bluebird 沒被關，而且還有開卡消費門檻沒完成，我強烈建議你馬上去 Walmart、Rite Aid 或 Family Dollar，把剩下的 Visa 禮品卡儲值完。因為殺鳥很可能只是時間早晚的問題。幸運的是，被殺的鳥帳戶裡的餘額還是可以動用，不會像 NetSpend 那樣還得等對方寄餘額支票過來。

我該怎麼製造消費（MS）？
