特朗普卡（Trump Card）是一种基于个人能为美国提供实质利益的签证（VISA）。申请成功后，你可以直接获取美国绿卡，获取永久居留在美国的资格（类似 EB-1 、 EB-2 的身份）。Trump Card 有个人 Gold 和商业 Gold 两种版本已经发布。还有一种 Trump Platinum 卡还未正式发行。

Trump 卡的种类

Trump 其实发行了两张个人卡，Gold 、 Platinum，要求不同，福利也不同

  • Gold：需要先交 $15k DHS 申请费，通过后需要缴纳 $1M（100 万美元），即可直接获取。然后自动获取美国永居资格（绿卡）
  • Platinum（还未正式发行）：需要先交 $15k DHS 申请费，通过后需要缴纳 $5M（500 万美元），即可直接获取。持卡人可以在美国待最多 270 天，而且可以免征美国之外收入的税。

此外，还有针对公司的卡。你可以为了公司成员申请，也需要先缴纳 $15k 给 DHS 审查。之后需要交 $2M（200 万美元），获取这张商业金卡。这个卡是可以给你的员工使用让他直接成为美国居民，而且之后是可以转给其他员工的，需要缴纳 5% 的转移费。这张卡还有 1% 的年费，估计是每年要 1 万美元吧。

申请步骤

目前这张卡需要先缴纳 $15k 给 DHS 作为背景审查（DHS 费不退），通过后才会发 email 给你让你支付剩余的 $1M 或者 $2M。如果有问题，可以联系下面的邮箱

申请步骤很简单，只需要选择你要申请的卡，然后填写个人的信息即可

申请 Gold

比如要申请 Gold 卡，只需要填写个人信息

然后到支付页面完成支付即可，注意，用信用卡支付 $15k DHS 费，需要额外缴纳 2.5% 的手续费！

当然，提交支付后，还需要提交 I-140G 给 DHS 才行

如何支付

$15k DHS 费

DHS 的 $15k 申请费是可以用信用卡或者银行账户支付的，信用卡有额外 2.5% 的手续费。

$15,000 nonrefundable processing fee: Credit Card (U.S. and international) ; ACH debit (U.S. bank accounts only) .

$1M 或 $2M

这个费用是直接交给美国政府的保护费，规定了只能 wire 或者银行支付，无法用信用卡 

$1 million or $2 million gift payment (depending on type of applicant): Upon receiving an email after vetting is complete, applicants or their corporate sponsors should instruct their banks to use an ACH debit or Swift Wire Transfer (U.S. and international bank accounts) according to the instructions provided at that time.
