Bilt Mastercard 信用卡简介

Bilt 是主打免费付房租的信用卡，由 Wells Fargo 发行（注意，富国银行现在支持 NRA 申请的）。曾经 Plastiq 也通过低廉的手续费打上用信用卡付房租的注意，可惜手续费已经太高了。Bilt 现在正式开放申请了，看起来福利相当不错

亮点

  • 支持 ITIN 申请！
  • 使用此卡通过 Bilt app 付房租 0 手续费。
  • Bilt 信用卡会自带一个 routing number 和 account number，你可以用来 ACH 支付房租；如果是私人房东，你可以通过这个银行账户寄支票给放到，实现真正 0 费用
  • 房租消费可得 1x 点数，每年租房最多可以获得 50k 点数。旅行消费 2x，吃饭消费 3x。其余消费 1x。
  • 点数支持转航司及酒店，价值最高可以 1.6cent/point.

另外每获取 25k 积分，都有里程碑奖励，具体啥内容暂未公布。不过相关等级的福利现在还没完全公布，按照之前的情况，高等级可以获取一定的额外福利。此外，在 bilt rental day 的时候，高等级用户还可以获取更高的转点奖励！

积分系统介绍

Bilt 点数可以 1:1 转点给多个航司及酒店，并且每绑定一个账号送 100 积分，目前总计可以送 1000 积分。转点必须 2000 积分起转，也就是说，现在申请卡即使没通过，也可以拿到 2000 积分，然后转走。

Bilt 的积分系统有四个等级，按照每年获得的积分数量决定，bilt 目前并没有好好要运作这个积分系统，不同级别间差异不大，先升级是没错的。

  • Blue：白板会员
  • Silver：每年获取 25,000 积分解锁
  • Gold：每年获取 50,000 积分解锁
  • Platinum：每年获取 100,000 积分解锁

【2022.7 更新】Bilt 增加了 Travel Portal，由 Expedia 提供服务，兑换价值大概为 1.25 cents/point，总体不太推荐用，偶尔有低价机票可以考虑。

【2022.7 更新】Bilt 现在支持 Amazon shop with points 了，兑换价值是 0.7c/p，记得任何时候只兑换 1 point 即可（1 cent）。Bilt 推出了绑定活动（总计 500 points）。

期待未来有更多 SWP 活动。

Bilt 增加新功能，积分可以换现了，比例 0.55cpp，不推荐，但至少是个好功能，未来估计会有额外奖励活动。

我的点评

这张卡对于有房租支付需求人来说，简直 too good to be true。此卡旅行 2x、吃饭 3x，非常适合旅游使用。

此卡也是日本西瓜卡的伴侣卡，你可以通过 Apple Pay 每个月支付 5 笔 1 日元（1 美分）即可完成刷卡要求：

如果你对 Hard Pull 已经无所谓了，点击下申请，即可拿到 2000 积分（1000 慰问分跟 10x 100 绑定积分），也还不错，毕竟可以转 AA/UA/Hyatt。
