根据 loyaltylobby 消息，加航从现在开始暂停 Family Sharing 功能。现在无法开新的 family sharing 账户，不过目前已经建立的账户不受影响，还能继续添加成员或者移除成员。不过这个功能只是暂时停止，估计加航要在 term 和功能中加以修改后再上限。估计是有人利用这个功能来当票贩子或者偷盗里程。
Due to a spike in misuse related to Family Sharing we’ve suspended the ability to create new Family Sharing accounts, including by telephone with an Aeroplan representative.
This is temporary and won’t affect existing Family Sharing accounts – including the ability to add and remove members.
We know how important this feature is for our members, so rather than making knee-jerk changes, we’re taking the time to address this the right way. This may take several weeks, but our goal is to restore the ability to create new Family Sharing accounts as soon as possible
