Marriott Bonvoy has launched a new points-buying promotion. If you purchase 2,000 or more Marriott Bonvoy points, you can receive up to a 40% bonus. That brings the cost down to as low as 0.89 cents per point. This promotion ends on June 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

If you buy 200,000 points for $2,500, you will receive an extra 80,000 points. That works out to 0.89 cents per point.

When you transfer 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to most airline partners (but not American, Delta, or Avianca), you can receive 25,000 airline miles, making your cost 2.15 cents per mile. If you transfer to United MileagePlus and transfer at least 60,000 points, you will receive an extra 10,000 bonus miles, bringing your final cost to 1.79 cents per United mile.
