My Take
This card very simply offers 2% cash back on all purchases, and it has no annual fee, so it is extremely friendly for people who want a hassle-free setup. However, Synchrony does not appear to have any clear approval pattern for this card. If your application for the more common Citi Double Cash was denied, you may want to consider applying for this one.
Also, note that this card charges a fee for paper statements, so once you receive the card, make sure to select electronic statements only.
