Today we’re introducing a very interesting tool: Fluz Power, a third-party gift card platform where you can buy many gift cards that code as dining or travel purchases, such as Amazon and Walmart. Note that this is an upgraded version of Fluz, so you need to register for Fluz first. For more on Fluz, see:

To use Fluz Power, you generally need to meet the following conditions:

  • Register for and use Fluz (link below)
  • Verify your driver’s license (ID). Passport verification is also supported, but it is very cumbersome and not recommended
  • Use Fluz frequently and purchase in larger volume
  • Receive an invitation to Fluz Power, or get referred by a prominent user/influencer

Register for Fluz

If you’re a new user, you must register for Fluz first and use it for a while before you can access Fluz Power.

After registering for Fluz, your first order may be flagged by risk control right away. You can ignore it; the restriction will usually be lifted automatically after a few days (you’ll get an email notification). If your account gets flagged multiple times, you may need to upload a valid ID to remove the restriction (passport not accepted), and possibly even complete a video verification of your ID.

About Fluz Power

Fluz Power is essentially the web version of Fluz 2.0. On top of the existing new-user signup benefits, it offers a more intuitive interface, easier web-based operation, and some hidden gift card options. Put simply, it feels like the Fluz team built this specifically for people who like to maximize card rewards. Why?

Because here, you can buy gift cards that convert into the Dining category. For example, Amazon Meal kits is effectively just an Amazon gift card, but it is labeled as Meal kits so that it codes as dining. That lets people earn dining multipliers or spending rewards. Yes, the team really is that user-friendly.

Register for Fluz Power

Fluz mainly uses an invitation-based application process. If you haven’t been invited, applying proactively may result in a rejection. You can also try getting referred by an influencer or a heavy user. If you have a compliant base Fluz account and use it more often, you may eventually receive an invite.

If you want other categories, you can search for those too. The team has made this impressively flexible, and you may be able to find almost anything you want.

Other Notes

Fluz is one of the most reward-maximizer-friendly teams out there. They developed all these category-conversion options specifically to help users optimize card spending. They’re not afraid of heavy legitimate usage; what they worry about is fraud and stolen-card activity from different channels, which is why identity verification exists.

What they dislike most is one person opening multiple small accounts to farm refer rewards. If you want to keep using category conversion over the long term, it’s better to build up one main account gradually. If you run into issues, you can contact Fluz customer service directly.

Things to Keep in Mind
