Last March 29, US Credit Card 101 Planet officially launched, and it has now been a full year. We’ll be running a series of Planet-related promotions this month, explained below by category.

Promotion 1: New Members Save ￥100

During the 1st anniversary promotion, new members can get up to ￥100 off when joining, bringing the lowest discounted price down to ￥299. However, discounted members are not eligible for the award ticket consultation or beginner guidance benefits included in the full-price ￥399 tier. This promotion is available now through April 30, 2026.

At the moment, there are still a few spots left in members’ WeChat Group 1. New members joining later will be placed into Group 2. Promotion 2: Free 3-Day Trial (Stopped)

It didn’t seem all that useful, so we’re no longer letting people freeload.

Starting today, US Credit Card 101 Planet is offering free trial passes. By joining through the QR code below, you can enter the Planet for free, but only with a three-day trial period. If you want to see for yourself what kind of content is inside, you can join directly. This promotion runs from now through April 29, 2026.

  • You now need to add the US Credit Card 101 assistant (WeChat ID: uscards101) and join our cloud player reader group before you can receive a free trial pass

Trial membership restrictions are as follows:

  • After three days, the membership expires and you will no longer be able to view the content
  • During the three-day trial, you cannot reply or create posts; you can only view posts
  • There is some chance that trial members will not be eligible for the new member discount in Promotion 1 and can only renew at full price (depending on the platform’s own rules/features)
  • Trial members cannot join the Planet member groups or other investment, business class, cloud player, trading groups, etc., and also cannot use Planet benefits, cloud player address services, and so on

Trial members can join our trial member group and ask questions about the Planet, though answers to other questions are not guaranteed 100%. In the future, we may post some small Planet discount offers, member trial passes, or free membership giveaways in the trial member group, so feel free to join if interested.

Promotion 3: Get 1 Free Year of Membership if You’re an Influencer/Expert

If you are a premium member on other platforms or have a large following on social media, US Credit Card 101 Planet may offer you one free year of Planet membership. The free membership is limited to the first year only. This promotion is available now through April 30, 2026.

Eligible platforms include:

  • Titanium members or active Platinum members on MeiKa Forum
  • Partners or active guest contributors on MeiKa Strategy Planet
  • Partners or active guest contributors on PaoYingTeDaRen Planet
  • High-level members on other credit card-related forums

Eligible social media platforms include the following (followers/users should be related to US credit cards, or the IP should be in the U.S.):

  • WeChat group owners: owner of an active WeChat group with 400+ members
  • Xiaohongshu creators: active creators with 3000+ followers
  • WeChat Official Accounts: active accounts with 5000+ followers

Promotion 4: Renewal and Referral Promotions for Existing Members

This renewal promotion has actually been posted inside the Planet for quite a while. It was originally limited to users who joined during the Planet’s early launch period last year, but it has now been extended for another year as part of the 1st anniversary celebration. The promotion ends on April 30, 2026.

  • Existing members who renew early automatically receive a 20% discount (you can renew anytime within the three months before your membership expires and receive 20% off)

Additional discounts can also be stacked. If you complete all four items below, you can receive an extra ￥100 off (stackable with the 20% discount):

  • Have at least one featured post
  • Complete the special Planet renewal assignment
  • Complete at least 4 Planet sharing assignments
  • Have used one Planet service before (benefits, cloud player service, flight booking service, or hotel booking service)

Besides the ￥20 reward for both the inviter and the invitee, you can also receive an extra ￥100 per person from us! About US Credit Card 101 Planet

Last March 29, US Credit Card 101 Planet officially launched, and it has now been a full year! Overall, it’s been going quite well. Members have used Planet articles and the WeChat member groups to exchange information and solve a huge number of problems. Quite a few people have quietly earned millions of points, gotten $1,000+ in card application cash back through the Planet, redeemed ANA First Class, booked China–U.S. flights on Delta for 12,700 miles, and successfully gotten started with cloud-playing US credit cards from scratch.

From what I’ve observed, discussions in the paid Planet member WeChat groups are much more detailed. People are willing to share their own experience and DP. After having their own questions answered, they’re also very proactive about helping others. This kind of atmosphere is rare in ordinary reader groups and even on forums. Through real-time discussion, everyone can avoid pitfalls more effectively, reduce the chances of getting shut down or otherwise burned by credit card companies, and also jump on good deals before they expire.

As a paid community, my original intention was not to make a lot of money from the Planet membership fee, but rather to build a culture where people are willing to pay for knowledge and better service. With these funds, I can also run events and reward members who are willing to share. Roughly speaking, about 10% of membership revenue is distributed as monthly activity rewards, around 10% goes to various sharing activities, and another 10% goes to rewards for featured-post authors. The platform itself also charges a 20% fee.
