This post summarizes good cash back offers in the U.S. for Visa China credit cards. It was originally published as a 101 news brief; since the deal is fairly decent, it has been upgraded to a full post.
【2022.3 Update】The offer has been extended again, and the new end date is September 30, 2022. The new version is a bit less generous:

- Requirement: make three purchases at eligible merchants, with each transaction at least $15 (previously only one $15 purchase was required)
- Reward: $5 voucher/statement credit equivalent, visible on the original page; at most once per week, up to $20 total
- Quota: 1,000 slots per month (basically never runs out)
In addition to weee, Uber Eats, Yamibuy, and DoorDash from before, Costco has been added this quarter. That means you can complete the requirement by buying a cash card directly online at Costco. The lowest denomination is a $25 cash card; you can just buy three every Monday and have them mailed to your home.
If you really can’t use it all, the small-value Weee add-on order method still works. Registration must be done through WeChat, and each WeChat account can register one card. Registration link:

【2021.1 Update 2】Many readers said checking rewards was inconvenient. In fact, you only need to follow the official WeChat account—Visa Official Service Account—and you will receive reward notifications there. If you don’t get a push notification, you can also go back to that official account and check the message history. Since this promotion requires registration through WeChat, re-following the account will automatically identify your information.
According to WeChat reader 意识刘, once the reward posts, you will receive a WeChat push notification. The screenshot below shows that after his Weee purchase, the reward posted in 1 day and he immediately received a WeChat alert:

Visa and MASTER China often run decent small overseas-spending promotions. Since not many people are traveling abroad right now, readers in the U.S. who hold Visa or Master credit cards issued in China should find this especially easy to complete. These promotions usually have capacity limits, so in general it’s best to use them early and get the rebate early.

Visa China has had a rides cash back offer since the second half of 2020; see this 101 news brief. This offer has now been expanded into a broader dining and shopping promotion. For some readers, it can even turn into everyday spending.

Eligible cardholders of participating Visa cards can use their Visa card at designated overseas merchants through the Visa payment network. For each transaction of at least $15, you can receive a $5 statement credit equivalent. Each card can earn up to $20 per week.

DoorDash, Uber, and Uber Eats need little introduction. Yamibuy is an online store for Asian snacks, while Weee is an online Asian grocery platform popular on the West Coast. If you already use Weee, this can be a nice everyday-use deal.

Tips for Using It
Don’t forget to stack this with overseas online cash back offers on Visa credit cards issued in China!
The terms say there is a participation cap (but do not say how large it is—very much in the style of Chinese credit card promos), so it is best to use it as early in the week as possible.
If you use Weee, you can place an order first and then add items before the delivery driver heads out; each add-on is charged separately. Therefore, before the driver leaves, you can add three extra purchases (each $15) to complete all four rebates. When placing the original order, you can pair it with the AMEX Platinum Platinum PayPal offer, and then use your Visa China credit card for the add-on orders.
If you regularly buy groceries on Weee, this is an easy extra $20 per week. Be sure to check the other fine print.
