The lawsuit alleges that Verizon charged postpaid consumer wireless account holders monthly Administrative Charges and/or Administrative and Telco Recovery Charges (collectively, “Administrative Charges”) without adequately disclosing them. Verizon denies and continues to deny any wrongdoing, and says the lawsuit is without merit. The customers and Verizon have reached a proposed settlement to resolve this class action.
