The spending window is fairly generous too: spend $6,000 in 150 days, which should be relatively easy to meet.

Benefits Analysis
- $100 annual software service statement credit: For 12 consecutive months of software service subscriptions (based on the merchant category code), such as FreshBooks, QuickBooks, etc. There must be a charge every month, and the $100 credit will be posted to your account after months 11-13 of payments.
My Take
As a no-annual-fee business credit card, this card offers very good benefits overall. The 3% cash back categories cover many common small-business expenses, which makes it especially friendly for someone running a small business personally. The $100 software service statement credit also seems fairly easy to earn. It appears to depend only on having a charge each month rather than the amount charged, so my guess is that even a $1 monthly charge could trigger this $100 credit.
