On Dec. 3 and 4, you can get 10% off when buying Target gift cards. You must first claim the coupon in your Target Circle account. The maximum is $500, meaning you can pay $450 for $500 in gift cards. This works both online and in store. Note that paying with a Target RedCard does not get the usual 5% off. Instead, you can use PayPal with Chase Freedom or Discover it to earn 5x.
