If you were a Southern California resident who bought gas at a gas station between February 20, 2015 and November 10, 2015, and lived in any of the following counties: Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, or Imperial County (or if you purchased gasoline outside the state or on behalf of a business between February 18, 2015 and May 31, 2017), you may qualify for a class action rebate. Although these energy trading companies deny any wrongdoing, they have agreed to pay a $50 million settlement. You must submit your claim by January 10, 2025.
