[Updated 2022/2/11] Slide has added Best Buy, Target, and Apple gift cards, with a maximum denomination of $500, which should be welcome news for many readers. In addition, there is a $10 off $100 promotion, today only. TopCashback is still offering 17% cash back for new Slide users and 6% cash back for existing users.

Introduction
This post collects the current deals related to Slide. Slide is a mobile app that sells first-party gift cards. Its biggest feature is that it can reliably provide 9% savings when buying various gift cards. Overall, Slide is a very convenient app for purchasing discounted gift cards, and it can also be used easily to complete PayPal purchases for 5% bonus categories such as Discover and Chase Freedom. I highly recommend it. If you do not have Slide yet, here is the signup link.
- Author cloud’s referral link (recommended to open on a mobile browser so it redirects directly to the app store for download)
- New users can get four $5 discounts, for a total of $20
For a more detailed introduction to Slide, please see Post 1 and Post 2 on the blog.
About Slide’s Long-Term 9% Savings on Gift Cards
- Get 2% back when funding with a debit card (you can use a PayPal Key credit card)
- Get 4% back when buying gift cards inside Slide
- Get an ongoing 3% cash back through TopCashback
That adds up to a total discount of 9%. This 9% does not yet include the rewards earned from the credit card itself (this quarter, Chase Freedom and Freedom Flex offer 5% back on PayPal).
Deal Update
Right now, TopCashback (the blog’s referral link) is offering 17% cash back for new Slide users and 6% cash back for existing users. Note that “new user” refers to a new Slide user; TopCashback does not require you to be a new user. So if you buy any gift card sold by Slide, the total return can be 23% back for new users and 12% back for existing users. This is an excellent deal. It is unclear how long it will last, so readers who are interested should jump on it soon. Slide currently does not sell gift cards such as Apple/Amazon/. Below are just a few example gift cards for reference:
- Best Buy/Target gift cards: max $500
- Lowe's gift cards: max $2,000 per purchase (if all cash back tracks for new users, the return can reach an astonishing $620)
- Uber/Uber Eats gift cards: max $500 per purchase
- Ebay/Doordash/Google Play gift cards: max $200 per purchase
Readers are welcome to share which gift cards they bought for others’ reference.
