Judging by the terms, if your total purchase exceeds $1,000, you can get a $35 reward. The cashback rate is already as high as 10%, so this is a no-brainer.

[Additional update] RebatesMe's cashback tracking for Sam's Club is very fast. You can basically see it within a few hours after you buy, which is pretty solid.
As mentioned earlier, Rakuten/TCB have restored cashback for Walmart/TGT/Sam's Club, and RebatesMe has also restored cashback for Sam's Club, with a recent rate of 8%, which is still very attractive. Be sure to check for non-cashback items; basically, the electronics and gaming gear people rush to buy are eligible for cashback. RebatesMe's cashback is currently the most generous. For a long time, Sam's Club online stock was basically impossible to get (or got canceled instantly), but Black Friday was different; the risk controls seemed to have been loosened. YMMV.
