Many people probably thought this never came back, or simply forgot about it. In fact, it has returned over the past few days, possibly before Thanksgiving. Cashback has been restored for multiple product categories, including electronics, which have had some great Black Friday deals. I tested it and tracking posted very quickly. TCB has been especially solid:
- Walmart electronics: 2%
- Sam's Club electronics: 3%
- Target electronics: 0.5% (Rakuten seems to exclude TGT electronics)
When you are working on deals, especially when buying electronics, don’t forget to click through a shopping portal.

Not all shopping portals have restored cashback for Sam's Club/Walmart.
