About the JUUL E-Cigarette Class Action
If you purchased JUUL e-cigarettes before December 7, 2022, you may be eligible to participate in this class action settlement and receive compensation from the total $255 M settlement fund. The reason is that JUUL allegedly concealed the addictive nature of its e-cigarettes and illegally sold e-cigarettes to minors. Of course, JUUL denies any wrongdoing and only agreed to provide compensation.
In addition, if your purchase amount is under $300, you do not need proof of purchase. If it is over $300, you will need to provide it.
Important Dates
The key date is that the claim submission deadline is July 14, 2023. If you object, you must also opt out or write to the court with your objection by this date.
How to File a Claim

If you received a claim number related to this class action, just enter it directly. It is recommended to complete it online instead of downloading the form and mailing it in.
If you did not receive one but did purchase JUUL, you can choose the option indicating that you did not receive a claim number, or you can file a new claim directly at the link below.
After submitting your basic information, you will need to enter when you purchased the e-cigarettes.
You will also need to enter the quantity of e-cigarettes purchased.
If your claimed purchase amount exceeds $300, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as receipts, credit card statements, or an online order confirmation page.
Documentation: At the end of this Claim Form, supporting documentation will be requested if you elect to submit your purchase information via documentation OR if the claimed quantity of purchases is greater than $300. Acceptable documentation includes receipts, bank/credit card statements, and/or pictures of online confirmation page (s) .“Self-prepared” documentation such as handwritten explanations are, by themselves, insufficient to receive payment.If you do not have your documentation available at this time, you should still submit the claim form. After your claim is reviewed, you will be given instructions by email as to how to upload your documentation. Without documentation your claim will be limited to $300.
