According to Reuters, JetBlue Airways (JBLU.O) and United Airlines (UAL.O) are actively in talks for a new partnership. The partnership with United is expected to differ from JetBlue's past partnership with American. Although this alliance is designed to provide customers with better connectivity and allow them to earn and use frequent-flyer miles, the two airlines will not coordinate schedules or pricing. A related announcement could be made this quarter.
