Hilton Changed the Subject Line for FN Emails

For Hilton weekend free night certificates earned from AMEX Hilton co-branded cards, there are generally three ways to find the certificate number:

Check the email sent by Hilton
Call Hilton customer service at 1-800-Hilton; the agent can see it
Save the AMEX webpage link used to view it online (this only works for recently issued FN), as explained in this article

The first method is the simplest and most straightforward. Usually, you just need to search the email subject line or organize these emails into a folder ahead of time for easy reference. Since the second half of this year, Hilton has changed the subject line for FN notification emails, so don’t search for the wrong one.

Old FN email subject: Your Reward has arrived!
New FN email subject: your name, Your Free Night Reward has arrived!
