More good news from Hilton this morning: the expiration dates for Free Nights already in your account have been extended again. Some have been extended to July 1, 2022, while others now run through the end of 2022, which is quite generous. Even better, certificates that previously could only be used on weekends can now also be used on weekdays, greatly expanding their usefulness. The specific extension rules are as follows:
- Hilton free night rewards issued before May 1, 2020, are valid through July 1, 2022
- Hilton free night rewards issued between May 1 and December 31, 2020, are valid for 24 months
- Hilton free night rewards issued between January 1 and December 31, 2021, are valid through December 31, 2022
Log in to your account to view all of your free night certificates — you should be able to see that they’ve already been extended. Very efficient.
