My Take

If you can put exactly $10,000 of spending on it, this card is effectively a 3% cash back card on all purchases, which is quite solid.

FNBO stands for First National Bank of Omaha. They previously issued a Travel Elite card that used to give $100 in statement credits every year for free, but after a few years that benefit disappeared and the portfolio was sold off. So benefits from smaller banks are still not very stable. I’d suggest applying only if you’ve basically run out of other cards to apply for.
