Recently I came across an interesting financial platform, Emperor Gold. Before opening an account, it’s best to prepare the following materials:

  • Chinese passport or ID card (U.S. and Canadian IDs are not currently supported for account opening)
  • Proof of address (for example, a bank statement; it must show your name and address. China and U.S. documents are both acceptable)
  • Mobile phone number (a U.S. number is fine; it’s best not to use a China number)
  • An account or credit card for funding (credit cards currently support only Visa and Mastercard; AMEX and UnionPay are not available)
  • A bank account for withdrawals (U.S. and mainland China bank accounts are not supported; you can receive withdrawals with bank accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, etc.)

Note: The address here is separate. As long as you have documents showing that the address is associated with you, such as a utility bill or mobile bill showing your name and address, that is fine. Funding Methods

The biggest feature of this platform is that you can fund your account with a credit card. Credit card deposits incur a 2.5% fee. For example, if you deposit $1,000, the amount credited will be $975. Also, this charge does not code as a cash advance; it works the same as a regular retail purchase in Hong Kong. That means you can use it to meet a credit card’s minimum spending requirement for a welcome bonus. Who This Is Best For

This trading platform is a good fit for people who need to complete the spending requirement for a new credit card bonus, since funding the account can help you finish it quickly. In addition, if your credit card offers a high cash back rate, repeated cycles can generate a lot of cash back.
