DIRECTV and its dealer AC1 (in Ohio) reached a class action settlement in a lawsuit that alleged AC1 placed telemarketing calls to people who were already registered on the National Do Not Call list (do not call list) without permission. If you qualify, you will receive at least $324 in cash, with an average of $464. It looks like you only need to enter your phone number to see whether you are eligible.
