You’re not seeing things. This really happened on the Citi ThankYou Premier credit card. Right after CSR just handed out $100, Citi apparently didn’t want to be left behind. Quite a few DOC readers received this refund, but the reason is unknown. No one knows whether Citi’s terrible IT did this intentionally as an April Fools’ joke... Very Citi. Good things like this never seem to happen to me; I checked several times and didn’t find anything. H/T: Doc
