Choice Hotels and Radisson Americas have launched two-way points transfers at a 1:2 ratio. Since transfers work in both directions and there are no additional restrictions, points from the two programs are now essentially fully interchangeable. Choice Hotels is a transfer partner of Citi at a 2:1 ratio, so this effectively means Citi points can be transferred to Radisson points at a 1:4 ratio, which does add some extra flexibility.
