According to reports from DOC and the US Credit Card Guide forum, Chase has recently reissued 2019 or 2020 1099-MISC tax forms to some users. The reason appears to be that certain credit may not have originally had a 1099-MISC issued, such as retention offer, paperless credit, referral bonus, etc. If you receive this form, you may want to consider amending a tax return you already filed.
