Drawbacks

  • Cardless is a relatively new bank, so the benefits and welcome bonus may not be very stable
  • Each person is only allowed to have one Cardless card

My Take

This is LATAM’s first co-branded card in the US. It has no annual fee, but the benefits are correspondingly pretty limited. There are not many standout features, and we do not think this card offers much value. If you are a frequent LATAM flyer, you may want to consider the annual-fee version, Cardless LATAM World Elite Mastercard.

  • You only need to enter the last four digits of your SSN when applying. The pull is from Experian.
  • According to the company, this card will not be reported to the credit bureaus, but based on DPs it ultimately does seem to get reported.
