Some time ago, BofA removed the author's Zelle functionality tied to a Google Voice number. More recently, it has been repeatedly prompting to review the information. I didn’t pay much attention at first, but checked it today. Google Voice is now also being flagged as an invalid number, somewhat similar to what happened with Chase before:

At the moment, this does not mean Google Voice is unsupported. It just warns that it is not a real phone number. For now, it still works fine for receiving verification texts and credit card alerts.
