Blackhawk experienced a data breach in 2022, and information stored on its website MyPrepaid.com was stolen. If you can document your losses, you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in compensation. If you are a California resident, you may be eligible for $200 in compensation. However, these amounts may be adjusted based on the total settlement amount and the number of people who file a claim.
