May 19, 2026 — Bilt announced that, effective immediately, Bilt members who hold the BofA Air France KLM Visa Signature Credit Card can earn 3 Flying Blue miles per $1 when paying rent through Bilt. This accelerated earning rate applies to the first $50,000 in annual rent payments and can provide up to 75,000 additional bonus miles.
This is the third co-branded card benefit introduced by Bilt, and it is also one of Bilt’s strongest rent-for-miles offers to date. Eligible cardholders can turn rent payments into a fast track for earning Flying Blue miles, with this recurring annual expense alone generating up to 150,000 bonus miles per year. After the $50,000 cap, on-time rent payments will still continue to earn 1.5 miles per $1. Flying Blue miles can be redeemed for flights, hotels, car rentals, and partner benefits across more than 1,000 destinations worldwide, and can also help you get closer to elite perks such as priority boarding, lounge access, and complimentary upgrades.
How to use it: Open the Bilt App or sign in on the website → add your Air France KLM Visa Signature card as a payment method → select that card to pay rent → complete payment as usual, and the 3x miles will post automatically.
