What matters most is that this offer has no lifetime restriction. In other words, if you have already received a Delta signup bonus before, you can still apply through this offer and get it again. It can break AMEX's one card, one lifetime signup bonus restriction.

still doesn't get you into this offer. That's a shame. If you see a different offer ID, you can try it too. Feel free to report any working ones.
