This fast-track offer lets eligible employees earn elite status through the following steps:
- Registration deadline: Register by December 31, 2025, and be sure to use your corporate email address. Alaska will verify your employment information.
- Confirmation email: Check your inbox and click the link in the confirmation email. After completing registration, you will receive trial MVP (OneWorld Ruby) status for 180 days.
- Flying requirements: Fly more within those 180 days to earn a higher status tier:
- Fly 2 round trips to keep MVP (OneWorld Ruby) status.
- Fly 4 round trips to upgrade to MVP Gold (OneWorld Sapphire) status.
- Fly 10 round trips to upgrade to MVP Gold 75,000 (OneWorld Emerald) status.
Alaska Airlines elite status comes with valuable perks, including two free checked bags, priority boarding, upgrade eligibility, and extra base mileage earning. It can also unlock additional benefits on international trips, such as access to American Airlines lounges.
