- The $6 monthly fee is waived if your account balance reaches $2,500!
- You also get complimentary Wyndham Rewards Gold status!
- Anniversary bonus: earn 2,500 points with $5,000 to $9,999.99 in annual spend; 5,000 points with $10,000 to $14,999.99 in annual spend; and 7,500 points with $15,000 or more in annual spend
From the card design, we can see this is a Mastercard. Compared with credit cards, this card is definitely not very compelling on its own. But as a Mastercard debit card, it may be accepted in situations where credit cards are not. For example, in some places you may not be able to buy money orders or load certain prepaid cards with a credit card, but you can with a debit card. So if you have ways to generate a large amount of debit-card spend, this card may be worth a closer look. Since this is issued by a small bank, risk controls may not be very strict at first, though shutdowns can become common once people push things too far. If this is your kind of play, earlier may be better.
