According to DOC, the welcome bonus and earning structure for this card have leaked. The welcome bonus is $500 after spending $5,000 in 3 months. In addition, this card has no annual fee and earns 2% cash back on all purchases.

Meanwhile, other versions of the card earn 1% cash back, but come with extra bonuses:

  • Business Card: Earn an extra 1,000 points for each billing cycle in which the company spends $1,000. 1,000 bonus Points per each monthly billing cycle that the company spends at least $1,000. Bonus Points will post in the billing cycle after the $1,000 spend threshold is achieved.
  • Business Elite Card: Earn an extra 5,000 points for each billing cycle in which the company spends $10,000. 5,000 bonus Points per each monthly billing cycle that the company spends at least $10,000. Bonus Points will post in the billing cycle after the $10,000 spend threshold is achieved.
  • Business Line/Small Business AAdvantage Mastercard Access Card: Earn an extra 1,000 points for each billing cycle in which the company spends $1,000. 1,000 bonus Points per each monthly billing cycle that the company spends at least $1,000. Bonus Points will post in the billing cycle after the $1,000 spend threshold is achieved.

Previous News

Some existing Wells Fargo Business cardholders have now received emails saying their cards will be converted to Signify business cards. At the same time, the Signify business card benefits terms have also surfaced.

After looking through them, the only meaningful benefit mentioned seems to be Priority Pass, but each lounge visit still requires a fee!

  • Priority Pass — complimentary membership access to more than 1,300 participating airport lounges worldwide with “pay as you go” lounge visit fees.3
In addition, benefit guides for the Essential and elite versions have appeared on the official website. A quick review shows only some travel-related protections and Priority Pass (possibly with fees), which is still pretty disappointing.

Section 2 - Travel Benefits

Section 3 — Business Services

Some sharp-eyed readers noticed that the Priority Pass registration page mentions three Wells Fargo Signify business credit cards, which seems to confirm these are indeed new cards. Based on the three names, my guess is that the Cash and Essential versions will both have no annual fee, while the Elite will likely have a $95 annual fee.

  • Signify Business Essential Mastercard®
  • Signify Business Elite Mastercard®

Note that the page below mentions Priority Pass fees and paying with these three cards. My guess is that there may be some reimbursement for PP membership charges. Right now, most cards simply include PP membership directly; reimbursement would be unusual.

Wells Fargo’s business card page also mentions new business cards. In any case, we’ll have to wait and see.
