Walmart’s mini-program is unusual because in mainland China it can actually support in-store purchases, with the Walmart mini-program scanning item QR codes for checkout and paying via WeChat online, so the mini-program is enabled, which basically means it is safe to say Walmart supports using a U.S. credit card offline.
