Walmart recently has a deal where you can buy an iPhone SE2 in store for $149, locked to AT&T.

Terms are as follows:

Go to a Walmart store with the iPhone® SE in stock.
A Walmart associate in electronics will help you activate on a $50/month or higher plan, & sign up for AutoPay.
Deal ends 2021.1.29

You need to prepay for at least one month of the minimum $50 plan and enable AutoPay (remember to turn it off as soon as you get home) .

This deal is fairly mediocre.

If you only care about force unlocking, the Simple Mobile deal is a better fit for you.

Right now, the final purchase price for an unlocked iPhone SE2 from Visible can come in under $200.

If you do not need to unlock it and just want to use it as-is, this could work well for people who already use AT&T or an AT&T-based MVNO (for example, Cricket). In that case, it is basically a cheap way to buy a phone, though Visible's unlocked phone deal is still better.

Once you get this AT&T SIM card, you can also port the number back out and use it for another deal, such as Visible's port-in-only promotion.
