I opened an AMEX Platinum credit card and found that you can now view the card’s shipping status much more directly. This interface is located on the Account Service Home page. Previously, we had to pretend to view the card number, and when the system could not display it, it would automatically switch you to the Track page instead (or you had to manually enter the link to check it). This improvement is pretty nice, though the accuracy of AMEX card-shipment tracking still needs some work.
