If you’ve gotten a COVID vaccine, United might give you a full year of free United flights. Today (May 24), United announced its Your Shot to Fly sweepstakes. All you have to do is upload proof of your COVID vaccination to enter, and the prizes are quite generous. Bonus: even if you have not been vaccinated, you can still enter this sweepstakes.
Prizes
From June 1 through June 30, United will draw one smaller prize each day from people who previously entered: round-trip United tickets for 2 people to anywhere, in any cabin.
On July 1, United will also draw 5 grand prizes: unlimited United travel for 2 people for 1 year, in any cabin.
Winners must designate one companion, and that companion cannot be changed. Both travelers must travel together; one person cannot travel alone. Each person can win only one prize. Once you win, you will no longer be included in subsequent drawings.
Eligibility
To enter, you must be a U.S. resident, have a MileagePlus account (register here), and upload your COVID vaccination record by June 22 (for example, a CDC vaccination card or vaccination documentation from a hospital or state immunization record).

You can use the United app or go to the United website.
