[4/12 Update] Come claim a free AIRism Men’s Boxer Brief or AIRism Women’s Regular Sleeveless Top!
[4/18 Update] I picked up the free underwear + top today. After I got to the UNIQLO store in Chicago, I asked the cashier on 5F, and they said there was still inventory left for the promo item. I then went to the AIRism section to choose the color I wanted, as long as it was an eligible $9.99 AIRism item, and checked out at the register on 6F. There were quite a few AIRism styles to choose from, and I’ll share my haul below. If you already got the coupon code, remember to head to a physical store soon to redeem it. First come, first served, since the giveaway ends once supplies run out.
If you participated in the last promotion, you may need to clear your mobile browser history first, or download a new browser. I tested this myself and it worked.

My take: I like most of UNIQLO’s products a lot. They’re affordable and comfortable to wear, especially the AIRism line, which is usually very comfortable. If you live nearby, it’s definitely worth getting the coupon and heading to the store for a free item. If you live far away and it’s not convenient, though, don’t force it and end up spending more than it’s worth. You can always share the promotion with friends who live closer so they can grab one instead.

A lot of readers said they weren’t sure how to claim it and that nothing happened when they opened the page. As soon as I heard that after my last class, I opened the link again in incognito mode on my phone browser and tested it myself. The offer was still alive. Still, after this little scare, if you want the UNIQLO AIRism t-shirt, you should probably grab it quickly in case they really do run out. Here’s the process:

Still not convinced? Alright, let me add a few more notes. Open the page in your phone browser; if it doesn’t show up, try incognito/private mode. Wait no more than 5 seconds and a box should pop up saying "welcome to UNIQLO" (image 1). Click continue, go through the next three selections, allow it to detect your location, then click redeem now!! Do not close it, or you’ll have to start over again. After that, just fill in your personal information.

My view: I actually like the AIRism t-shirt quite a bit, so I already signed up for this promotion and planned to pick up my AIRism t-shirt when I went to Chicago that weekend. If you live fairly close to a UNIQLO store, I’d recommend joining the promotion whether you personally need it or not. If you like it, pick your own size and wear it yourself; if not, you can always choose a different size and give it to someone else as a thoughtful gift.
