Target is currently offering free memberships for Apple TV+, Music, Clould, and Arcade, ranging from 4 to 6 months. As long as you do not currently have an active membership for these services, you should be able to activate them and use them. Even if you subscribed before, you may still be eligible to claim them again.
However, you do need to sign up for a Target membership before redeeming these offers, though that membership is also free.
