After finding the offer, use the Swagbucks link to go to the merchant and sign up. Create an account and complete the taste quiz; many questions can be skipped. I ultimately chose the mix option, which was 3 bottles of red wine + 3 bottles of white wine. No promo code is needed. The total for 6 bottles is $34.99 (in some places, extra tax may apply). Factoring in the rewards, it's essentially like getting 6 bottles of wine for free.
