Rakuten has recently rolled out enhanced referral offers to some users. Under normal circumstances, if you sign up through someone else’s referral link, the bonus is usually just $10 or 1,000 MR. But recently, some users’ referral links have been showing bonuses as high as $30 or 3,000 MR, with both the referrer and the new user receiving that reward. My LD account only has a $10 or 1,000 MR referral bonus, while KUKU’s own account has a $30 or 3,000 MR referral bonus.
