First, click this link to go to the promotion page. Fill in your name, UA MileagePlus account, and phone number (if you are using a computer). Then click "Get Started". If you are on a desktop, a text message will be sent to your phone with a link to download from the App Store/Play Store. If you fill it out directly on your phone, it should jump directly to the download page.
